SunExpress App and Website Errors Prevent Me from Completing Check-In


Even though the system clearly states that check-in can be done 72 hours before the flight, I encountered a "element not found" error on the SunExpress app. When I attempted to check in via the website, I was met with another error message: "buildcollectapisrequestfactoryexception." I tried reaching out to their support through WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I received no response. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and my check-in be confirmed!
