Can't Check-In for SunExpress Flight Due to "Element Not Found" Error


Our flight with SunExpress is tomorrow, but we are unable to complete the check-in process. Despite attempting to check in multiple times through both the website and the app, the system consistently shows an "Element not found" error, even though all required information has been entered correctly.
The check-in process opened 36 hours before the flight, but the issue persists, preventing us from securing our seats. This has caused significant frustration and worry about our travel plans. I urge SunExpress to address this problem immediately and provide a solution so we can check in before the flight. Such technical issues should be resolved promptly to avoid unnecessary stress for passengers.
