I attempted to check in for my SunExpress Airlines flight 36 hours before departure, right after check-in became available. Despite entering all required details correctly multiple times on both the website and the app, I encountered repeated errors. The system keeps showing an "Element not found" error, making it impossible to complete the check-in process.
My flight is scheduled for early morning at 6:34, and as of now, the issue persists. This is highly frustrating as I am left unsure about the next steps to secure my boarding pass. I expect SunExpress to resolve this issue immediately and provide clear guidance on how I can proceed to board my flight without further complications.
