SunExpress Online Check-In Issue: Unable to Check-In Before Flight

I have a flight with SunExpress coming up in 8 hours, but I'm unable to complete the online check-in. The system is directing me to check-in at the airport, which incurs an additional fee of $5. I'm currently abroad and unable to make an international call to customer service for assistance.
The lack of online check-in functionality and the additional fee at the airport is frustrating and inconvenient. Either fix your system or stop causing unnecessary trouble for your customers. This situation is unacceptable!
