I purchased seat 5A on a SunExpress flight, paying extra for a front-row seat. During check-in, there were no issues, but at the boarding gate, I was abruptly informed that my seat was broken and reassigned to 22A at the back of the plane. Despite explaining that I had paid for my original seat and cannot sit in the back due to anxiety issues, the staff were dismissive and rude, stating there was nothing they could do.

I spent the entire flight in distress, seated near the wing, where turbulence felt worse. My panic attack made it one of the most challenging experiences of my life. As a frequent traveler, I will avoid flying with SunExpress again unless this issue is addressed and compensated.
