Extra Seat Charge on SunExpress Flight – No Response from Customer Service
We reported an issue to SunExpress customer service after our Paris-Izmir flight, but it’s been a long time with no response. Plus, the phone lines are always busy.
The issue: I tried to select a more comfortable seat, but the system assigned me a standard seat without warning. When I tried to fix it, the charge had already been made on my credit card. At the airport, the ground staff assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, but we ended up flying in a standard seat with an extra charge.
I’m requesting a refund for the seat charge and for this mistake to be corrected. If this doesn’t get resolved, we won’t choose SunExpress again in the future.
