SunExpress Changed My Paid Seat Without Consent, Refund Denied
I booked a ticket with SunExpress a week in advance and paid extra to select a specific seat. However, at boarding, I was shocked to learn that my seat had been changed without my consent, even after receiving my boarding pass. The staff at the gate casually wrote a new seat number with a pen and told me to sit there.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a seat I specifically paid for. When I raised the issue, I was told I could request a refund. If I didn’t need that seat, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it in the first place.
SunExpress’s disregard for customer preferences and poor service quality is disappointing. I demand an immediate refund and a proper explanation for this situation. This level of service deserves zero stars.
