SunExpress Airlines Denied My Refund After Giving Me a Standard Seat Instead of XXL
I reserved a XXL seat with SunExpress, anticipating additional comfort for my flight, but when I checked in, I was assigned a standard seat instead. Although they expressed regret initially and promised that I could request a refund later, things took a turn for the worse very quickly. After I submitted the refund request, their system unexpectedly changed my booking to reflect a standard seat instead of the XXL seat I had originally paid for. I just got an email saying that my refund request has been denied. It's disappointing to witness a company of this magnitude struggle with a simple problem. I relied on SunExpress to deliver the service I had paid for, but this experience has made me doubt their honesty.
