SunExpress Broke My Suitcase—Told Me to Repair It After a Month-Long Wait



After my international flight with SunExpress, my suitcase was severely damaged in multiple places and is now beyond repair. After making me wait for a month, they came back with a response claiming that the damage is "repairable."
Am I really expected to find a repair shop and use this broken suitcase in terrible condition?! The repair shop I visited said it's impossible to fix. How is it fair for SunExpress to cause this damage and then tell me to repair it? My suitcase is broken in three separate places!
SunExpress, this is unacceptable. I demand a proper resolution, not just a patchwork fix. Replace my damaged suitcase or compensate me adequately for the loss. I shouldn't have to bear the burden of your negligence.
