Sunexpress Broken Suitcase Compensation Issue


On my flight with Sunexpress to Pristina on July 8th, I received my suitcase broken and dented in two places. A report was filed and photos were taken as requested before I left the airport. However, almost a month has passed and the only response I get is 'we will get back to you as soon as possible.' I had to return from my 17-day trip with a broken suitcase because there is still no response. I called customer service, but they said they are not responsible and that I just have to wait. I don't want to wait; I want my rights. My suitcase is broken and you did not provide a replacement at the airport, at least compensate me! Reference code: Sun-09038038.
