SunExpress Broke My Suitcase and Refused to Take Responsibility
SunExpress Airlines broke my suitcase, and the explanation they provided afterward is attached. Such a baseless explanation is unacceptable. Flight points are being deleted, suitcases are being damaged, and the airline takes no responsibility whatsoever. I strongly advise against using their services. If this logic continues, a passenger might as well damage an internal part of the aircraft mid-flight and be told, “These can be repaired; once you fix them and send us the invoice, we will compensate your loss.” According to their message: “Based on the photos you shared with us, we have assessed that your baggage can be repaired. If you provide us with the repair invoice, we can reassess your claim. Please note that your claim will remain closed until you share the invoice with us, and once you do, your claim will automatically be reopened.”
