After a SunExpress flight, I discovered my luggage was damaged and promptly sent a written and photographic claim. Nearly two weeks later, following several reminders, I finally received a response stating that my luggage could be repaired based on the photos I provided and requesting a repair invoice. However, this "solution" is far from practical. It’s as if they expected me to break the luggage further for proof. Without an initial purchase receipt, which most people don’t keep, I’m left with no way to claim compensation.

This lack of support and refusal to fully address the issue has left me frustrated and burdened with unusable luggage. I expect SunExpress to provide a fair resolution, acknowledging the inconvenience caused and offering appropriate compensation.

Unfortunately, I had to have it repaired, but to no avail, there's no trace of its former state. I sent the invoice to Sunexpress, and they deducted it from the bill and made the payment.
