SunExpress Airlines Took My Money but Did Not Send My Flight Ticket
I bought a round trip flight ticket from Erzurum to Izmir on 07.04.2025 from a company called Sunexpress Airlines. The ticket fee was deducted from my account immediately, but a few days passed and there was no ticket information or refund. I checked my email inbox and spam folder multiple times, thinking it might have been a technical issue. I even tried contacting them through their mobile app and website, but neither offered a solution. Customer service was very bad, they did not help in any way and I suffered. I wasted valuable time and energy trying to resolve something that should have been simple.
My money was refunded, but I still do not recommend it. During the time I was aggrieved, customer service was extremely rude, especially a person named Ebrar from WhatsApp customer service, who not only managed the process poorly but was also aggressive and sarcastically rude.
