SunExpress Airlines Your Benefits Fraud

"SunExpress Your Benefits" promises one free flight for every ten flights. The first step is to purchase your ticket using their official channels. SunExpress claims that it will process this automatically in the system when you fly, but then fails to do so. In good faith, I personally completed all transactions that should have automatically appeared as points in the system as they were promoted. SunExpress then claims to have received your manually entered request but fails to process it, and your flight vanishes with the excuse that "Points cannot be processed for flights that occurred more than 90 days ago." I spoke with the customer service representative several times, and I completed all of my requests on time, but I received no results. As a result, I believe SunExpress is unfairly competing with other low-cost airlines by offering free flights. The consumer comes to SunExpress with the expectation that one out of every ten flights will be free, but SunExpress avoids this via a variety of methods. I greatly disapprove of this action.
