SunExpress App Issues After Update - Missing Flights and Profile Errors
After receiving an email confirming the end of a long update process, I attempted to log into the SunExpress app. However, upon logging in, I noticed that my previous flights were missing. I had been informed that following the app update, my flight rights would be visible, but this is not the case.
Additionally, my profile information is incorrect. I cannot view my date of birth, and when I try to add my phone number, I receive an error that redirects me back to the homepage. It is unacceptable to wait this long for an update only to experience further customer issues.
My previous flights are not displayed, and my right to earn benefits from 10 flights has been reset. As a frequent traveler, I find SunExpress to be a complete disappointment as an airline. I urge you to address these issues promptly to restore functionality and customer trust in your app.

Sunexpress, who said they would review my complaint and get back to me on July 13th, still hasn't responded as of August 10, 2024. Shame on them.
