SunExpress Airlines - Not Providing Free Tickets For 10 Flights
Dear Sunexpress Aviation Co. Customer Service, I hereby wish to draw your attention to my request for a free ticket redemption with my 10 Sunexpress flight credits, for which I have created a file. During this process, I was informed that my flight date and time had been verified, and it was conveyed to me that there were available free ticket quotas for this flight. However, despite having less than a week left until my flight, the ticketing process has not yet been completed. Over the past three weeks, despite my numerous calls to the company, during which I emphasized the urgency of my situation and the fact that this is a business trip, there has been no change in the status of my file. Customer Service has not shared any information other than stating that the file is under review. Despite all flight PNR numbers and details being documented and entered into the system, the ticketing process is not being executed. In accordance with the provisions of the German Consumer Protection Law and relevant regulations, I believe that my consumer rights have been violated. To prevent future consumers from facing similar issues and to ensure that consumer behaviors are not manipulated through deceptive campaigns, I intend to file a complaint with the relevant German authorities and institutions, including all past flight documents, Sunexpress Campaign Terms, application and complaint file numbers, and records of my customer service conversations.
