SunExpress Airlines: Unresolved Baggage Damage Claims from Hannover to Izmir Flight

We traveled with SunExpress Airlines from Hannover to Izmir, and our baggage was damaged during the journey. We opened a claim with reference numbers: Sun-08999770, Sun-08999775, Sun-08999782. Only one of these claims has been addressed; the others were closed without explanation. Customer service is not responding, and I don't know how to proceed. I request a reassessment of my claims.
