My SunExpress Flight Delay Led to Damaged Luggage - No Response After Two Weeks

I traveled from Izmir to Vienna with SunExpress Airlines on June 30th. Our flight was delayed by about 4 hours due to fires around Izmir. I understand this delay was unavoidable. However, during this time, I noticed our luggage was left in the sun the entire time, which I believe was an operational error.
Our flight eventually arrived late at Vienna airport. Our baggage was delivered later than expected. When I received my suitcase, I found that a wheel was missing and the lock was torn. The removal of the wheel had damaged the compartment of the bag in that area.
I filled out a complaint form about this issue and submitted it to SunExpress. However, I haven't received any response or communication for 2 weeks now. Frankly, I'd like to point out that the company seems to be ignoring these issues and showing no respect for its customers. My baggage damage report with claim number Sun-09013127 still hasn't been reviewed, and no action has been taken.

As of July 15, Sunexpress customer service has contacted me via email and informed me that they are looking into the matter. I have submitted the repair invoice requested from me through the initial lost baggage form created for me. Thank you for your attention.
