On 15.12.2023, I bought a Kars-Izmir 12:40-15:10 ticket for 3 adults and 1 baby for 28.01.2024 from Sunexpress Airline's own website. When I called today to postpone my brother's ticket, they said that none of the tickets I bought appeared in the system, that is, I did not buy any tickets. They said that I should check my card from my bank account or go to whichever agency I bought it from? I already bought it from your own website? I called the bank, the company received the payment from me on December 15, and on December 18, they refunded and canceled the tickets on their own. When I call the customer service again, it says that you bought a ticket for free, buy a ticket again, I say I don't have that day, I say buy another day, and the flight on 28.01.2024 seems full, my child's first birthday was to go to my family, thanks to you, our plan was not thanks to you, I am a civil servant and I had arranged my annual leave accordingly, I suffered both financial and moral damage. If you do not want to be a victim, pay attention, friends, God knows who they canceled my tickets and sold them for a higher amount.
