SunExpress Airlines Scam: Unexplained Charges for Changing Sunclassic Flight
When I wanted to change the flight that I had purchased through Sunexpress as part of the Sunclassic package, they made up a reason and called it an "anniversary fee," and then demanded that I pay for it. Despite the fact that we contacted them via email twice, we received no explanation and only brief responses that avoided the issue. When I first purchased the Sunclassic package, they assured me that I would be eligible for free change rights. It appears as though they are trying to trick passengers into parting with their money in order to make a profit by using these packages as a means of misleading and inconveniencing them. I will be pursuing my legal options regarding this matter wherever I can.
