SunExpress Made Me Buy a New Ticket After Their Own Delay
SunExpress Airlines made me wait at the counter for a while and then claimed that I was late. I wasn't informed about anything until I asked on my own, yet I was still blamed for whatever happened behind the counter. After waiting, I requested to speak with a manager, but I was told that there was no SunExpress manager available on-site. Then, I was pressured to purchase another ticket—for their own flight—for the next day. The audacity is staggering. Since then, the company has been trying to gaslight me, but I am demanding a refund for the second ticket, which cost €300. If this is not resolved, I will proceed with legal action.
