SunExpress Airlines Online Check-in - 'Element Not Found' Error Message

I am experiencing an issue with SunExpress Airlines' online check-in, receiving an "Element not found" error message when trying to check in for my flight from Bosnia to Istanbul and Istanbul to Gaziantep. Because of this error, I am unable to complete my ticket purchase for these flights.
The issue occurs on both the SunExpress website and mobile application. I have tried switching the language from English to Turkish, but the problem persists. It is concerning that I am unable to purchase tickets online due to this recurring error.
