I booked a SunExpress flight from İzmir to Berlin, and with less than 24 hours before departure, I attempted to check in via both the website and the mobile app. However, despite entering all my details correctly, I kept receiving an "Element Not Found" error.

This issue is frustrating and unacceptable, as online check-in should be a simple process. Without the ability to check in, I risk facing airport check-in fees or other complications on the day of my flight.

I demand an immediate resolution to this problem and expect SunExpress to provide a working check-in system for its customers. This situation needs to be fixed urgently before my flight departs.
