Fist time flight with sun express from Birmingham to Alanya flight number is XQ597. We had a bad experience with 2.5 hours waiting to at the airport then the airline lost our suitcase waiting 4 days now no information. So hard to get in touch or contact customer service, we on holiday with no clothes, really poor service, seem like no one cares since they have your money. I won't recommend this company for your next holiday.
