On August 30, 2025, at 09:05, after my SunExpress flight from Adana to Antalya, I was unable to retrieve my baggage. I reported the issue to the lost and found office at Antalya Airport and a report was created with reference number AYTXQ90488. I was told that my suitcase was left in Adana, but no clear information was given about which suitcase it was. The baggage tag number of my missing suitcase is XQ272064. All my personal belongings were inside, and since I came to this city for 3–4 days, I am experiencing serious difficulties. I tried to contact SunExpress customer service, but I received no response, and the provided contact numbers could not be reached. Even after one day, I have not been given any update or solution. I urgently request that my suitcase be located and delivered to me as soon as possible, that my grievance be resolved immediately, and that my personal needs be covered.
