I traveled with Sunexpress on flight XQ715 from Munich to Ankara on 14.08.2024. The plane departed with a delay of exactly 2.5 hours. Upon arrival in Ankara, we were informed that all passengers' luggage had remained in Munich. After a 2.5-hour delay, not receiving our baggage was really frustrating. We filled out forms indicating that the baggage had not arrived and were given a phone number to call the next day. I have been calling the provided number for 2 days, but no one answers.
