I Didn’t Receive My Luggage After SunExpress XQ143 Frankfurt–Antalya Flight
On July 3, 2025, I flew from Frankfurt to Antalya on SunExpress flight XQ143. Upon arrival in Antalya, I discovered that my luggage never arrived. I immediately filed a missing baggage report and received a reference number: AYTXQ86200.
Despite reaching out multiple times and following all the necessary procedures, my suitcase was never delivered throughout our entire vacation. This not only caused extreme inconvenience but completely ruined our holiday—we had no access to our clothes or personal items for the duration of our trip. I had to purchase essential clothing and supplies just to get by, all while receiving zero assistance or updates from SunExpress.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and communication. We’ve now returned from our trip, but the bag is still missing, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from SunExpress regarding its location or any compensation for our loss. I expected better service and support from an international airline.
I demand an immediate update on the status of my missing luggage, as well as compensation for the inconvenience, expenses, and emotional distress caused by your negligence. Your continued silence is unacceptable.
