Sunexpress Airlines Charged Me Extra for Pet Transportation
What happened to my SunExpress flight ticket is crazy. On February 27, 2023, I got a call from +***502424908 from someone who said they were from Sunexpress. They charged me 150 TL to transport my pet cat and another 200 TL for transaction fees. When I got to the Sarissa Tourism airport, they confirmed that they had taken the money but said it was for the pet's transportation and transaction fees. I called Sunexpress to complain, but they didn't say that they were to blame. This is terrible! It feels like these people are trying to rip us off. And to make things even worse, my wife and child had to fly from Adana to Antalya as earthquake victims. I told CIMER about this forced flight before I told the Ministry, and I hope they will look into it and hold these people responsible for what they did. I won't let them get away with this!
