My SunExpress Flight Delayed 3 Hours Without Notice
I have a complaint about SunExpress Airlines. Our flight scheduled for July 13th at 7 PM was delayed by a full 3 hours. We didn't receive any messages or warnings about this. We were forced to wait at the airport for 3 hours. When we suggested going home and returning at the flight time, they said, 'It's unpredictable, the flight might leave early, and if it does, your tickets will be void, and it's your responsibility.' What kind of service is this, for heaven's sake?
