SunExpress Airlines Lost My Luggage on My Flight


We have four missing bags with the booking code V3ZTDH and file reference ESBXQ27577S. I am unsure if the issue lies with SunExpress or Brussels Airport staff, but I was informed that SunExpress is responsible. It has been three days, and there has been no communication or update about the whereabouts of our luggage.
Our tickets were booked through Brussels Airlines, and our journey involved multiple connections: from Tampa, Florida, to Washington Dulles with United Airlines, from Washington Dulles to Brussels Airport with Brussels Airlines, and finally from Brussels Airport to Esenboğa, Ankara with SunExpress. We urgently need assistance in locating and returning our missing bags, as this delay has caused significant inconvenience.
