SunExpress Airlines Lost Baggage Issue at Esenboğa Airport

My lost file number is Sun-09094690 Mukadder A****. On 24/07/2024, after flight XQ775 from Brussels to Ankara landed at Esenboğa Airport, my baggage was not delivered. A lost baggage report has been filed, but I haven't received any updates for 6 days. The contact number is unreachable. We are facing all kinds of problems; medications, clothes, shoes, bags, perfumes, jewelry, headphones, wristwatch, personal care products, nothing is available. Who is responsible for the checked-in luggage? The service, for which we paid, was not properly executed. Our holiday has been seriously disrupted due to this situation and despite constant calls, we are not receiving a satisfactory response.
