We had a flight from New York to Ankara, Turkey with a transfer in Brussels, Belgium. Upon arrival at ESB airport, our final destination, we discovered that our luggage was not there. Sunexpress informed us that our bags remained in Brussels, providing a reference number and instructing us to return home and await delivery. Unfortunately, the reference number they gave us is not functional. We are experiencing panic, stress, and sadness.
