SunExpress Airlines  Lost Luggage, Reference Number Is Broken

We had a flight from New York to Ankara, Turkey with a transfer in Brussels, Belgium. Upon arrival at ESB airport, our final destination, we discovered that our luggage was not there. Sunexpress informed us that our bags remained in Brussels, providing a reference number and instructing us to return home and await delivery. Unfortunately, the reference number they gave us is not functional. We are experiencing panic, stress, and sadness. Please contact us and assure us that our luggage will be delivered to us safely without fail.
