SunExpress Airlines Lost My Luggage on My Flight


I traveled from Brussels to Ankara on September 8, 2025, on Sunexpress flight XQ775 with a stopover at Newark Airport, but when I landed in Ankara, I discovered that my luggage had not been loaded on the plane and a file numbered 09730585 was opened for record. Although four days have passed, no concrete information has been provided and the location of my suitcase is still unknown. My suitcase contains many personal and high-value items, including my contact lenses and lens solution, worth approximately ₺90,000. I have repeatedly called Sunexpress customer service, but each time I was met with indifference and no solution, and they were also unable to obtain any information from Brussels Airport. Despite this severe victimization, they still cannot provide a clear explanation. I have done everything I can to find my luggage, but there has been no result, and in the meantime, I had to buy new clothes, which caused me serious inconvenience. This irresponsibility of Sunexpress is unacceptable, and I demand that my suitcase be located and delivered to me immediately and that I be compensated for the victimization I have experienced.
