My Luggage Was Left in Amsterdam After SunExpress Flight and Still No Update After 5 Days

On August 26, 2024, I flew from Amsterdam to Ankara with SunExpress Airlines on the 15:55 flight, but my luggage didn’t arrive. Out of 200 passengers, only 10 bags showed up on the carousel, and the rest were left behind in Amsterdam, according to the airline staff.
We filled out forms amidst the chaos, but it’s been 5 days and there’s still no update on our bags. We haven’t received any tracking information or reference number, and our three large bags, each weighing 35 kg, are still missing.
I need urgent help in locating and delivering our luggage to our address. Please resolve this issue immediately.
