Delaying Our Flight Without Prior Notice SunExpress Airlines Put All My Family In a Pickle

XQ7293 Izmir - Antalya 29.06.2024 Time: 22:05 flight was first delayed at 00:45 and then at 02:50. They were then taken to the hotel for 1 hour and brought back to the airport. My mother is 74 years old and my son is 7 years old. They were miserable on the roads. And not even any explanation was given. When they landed at Antalya airport, they waited on the plane for 15-20 minutes, and we received the luggage 30-35 minutes later. We said we would take it back without canceling for our inconvenience, but they neither refunded our money nor our luggage. It is not our fault that there are so many delays, the relevant authorities should either refund some of the ticket fees or find a solution for such delays. We prefer to fly instead of bus to make it less tiring, but it was more tiring. Please relieve our suffering.
