My SunExpress Flight from Düsseldorf to Izmir Delayed 3 Hours, Luggage Missing for 5 Days

On Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 3:05 PM, my SunExpress flight from Düsseldorf to Izmir was delayed by 3 hours. No valid, detailed, or logical explanation was provided. We were told that our luggage hadn't been loaded onto the plane and would be sent on a later flight.

Upon landing at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, we immediately spoke with a female ground staff member to inquire about our bags. She assured us that the luggage would arrive by 4:30 PM the following day, Sunday, June 23.

I returned to the airport the next day and waited all day. There was no information or explanation provided. My mother's crucial medications were in her suitcase, which still hasn't arrived. We were promised that our luggage would be delivered within two days at the latest. It's now been five days, and there's still no sign of our bags.

This level of disrespect and amateurism is unacceptable. The staff is disrespectful and irresponsible, while the company seems unprofessional and solely focused on profits. Zero service, zero quality, and this isn't the first time SunExpress has done this. How many more issues must we endure? It's truly shameful.

22 Haziran 2024 Cumartesi günü saat 15:05'te Sunexpress Düsseldorf-İzmir seferi 3 saat ertelenmiş olup, geçerli, detaylı, mantıklı, gerçekçi bir açıklama yapılmamıştır. Bavulların uçağa yüklenmediği, uçağın havalanmasından sonra valizlerin başka bir uçakla gönderileceği söylendi. İzmir Adnan Menderes Havalimanı'na indik ve hemen bagaj almak veya bilgi almak için havalimanı yer hizmetlerinden sorumlu bayanla konuştuk. Valizlerin 23 Haziran Pazar günü yani yarın öğleden sonra en geç 16.30'da geleceğini söyledi. Ertesi gün tekrar havaalanına gittim ve bütün gün bekledim. Hiçbir bilgi, hiçbir açıklama yok. Annemin çok önemli ilaçları var ve valizler hala gelmedi. En geç iki gün içinde bagajı göndereceklerini söylediler. 5 gün oldu bagajdan haber yok. Bu ne saygısızlık, bu ne amatör, saçma bir firma. Personel saygısız, kibirli ve sorumsuz, şirket profesyonellikten uzak ve tek dertleri para ve her şeyi para, sıfır hizmet, sıfır kalite olarak görüyorlar ve Sunexpress bunu ilk kez yapmıyor, ne rezalet.
