SunExpress Airlines Lost My Baggage
On July 7, 2024, I flew from Van to Antalya with Pegasus Airlines, scheduled for 11:00 AM. We experienced a two-hour delay, and frustratingly, we weren't even notified about the second hour of delay. We finally landed at 1:10 PM, thinking our troubles were over. However, a shocking surprise awaited us: our luggage was missing. In fact, every passenger's baggage was lost.
It's now July 9, 2024, and we've been waiting for 72 hours with no sign of our luggage or any shipping information. Our bags contain keys, personal items, and perishables. I've been waiting at my address, just a three-hour drive from Antalya, for three days now.
I plan to file complaints with CIMER (Turkish Presidency's Communication Center) and other relevant authorities. Pegasus isn't even answering their phones. This level of irresponsibility from an airline and such a chaotic situation is completely unacceptable.
