SunExpress Airlines Flight Delay and Lost Luggage Issue

On July 7, 2024, we had a flight with Sun Ekspres from Van to Antalya. Our flight was originally scheduled for 11:00 AM but was rescheduled to 1:10 PM. While waiting for our luggage at Antalya Airport, it was announced that no luggage was loaded onto the plane.
I came for a 4-day vacation with only my phone in hand. My son, who has asthma, had his medication in the suitcase. We were told the luggage would arrive in the evening, but later we received a message saying it would come in the morning. It is now 2:27 PM on July 8, 2024, and we still haven't received any luggage. Two days of our vacation have been wasted. I paid for this trip only to be left frustrated. This is not the first time the company has done this; someone needs to put an end to it.
I demand that the company compensate me for my loss and deliver my luggage immediately.

What do you mean by solution center? They don't even answer the phones, and at this hour, the suitcases haven't been delivered. Thanks to you, the second day of my hotel stay is ruined.
