StubHub Canceled My Ticket but Did Not Issue Refund
Through the StubHub app, I purchased a ticket for the Fenerbahçe Beko – Saski Baskonia game on January 23, paying $71 USD by credit card. Although the payment was successfully processed, my ticket was later canceled. More than 15 days have passed, and the amount has still not been refunded to my card.
Since there is no customer service phone number available in the app, I was only able to receive support through the virtual assistant. The virtual assistant stated that the refund would be reflected on my card within 3 to 10 days. However, despite the specified time frame having passed, no refund has been issued. My order number for this transaction is 633048032.
I request that the $71 USD charged to my credit card for this canceled ticket be refunded to my card in full without further delay.
