StubHub Denied Refunds For Undelivered Soccer Tickets
On February 5, 2023, my friends and I bought three tickets for the Galatasaray-Trabzonspor match on StubHub for a whopping 6,621 TL. However, on the day of the game, the tickets were still not assigned to our Passo accounts. To make matters worse, we later found out that the company didn't have a representative in Turkey. We contacted their headquarters in the US, but they refused to refund our money or provide us with the tickets we paid for. We were completely deceived by StubHub, and they have yet to take any action to rectify the situation, despite promising to refund us for over a month. StubHub should be held accountable for their fraudulent behavior and forced to provide the refunds they promised.
