StubHub Refused Refund After Duplicate QR Code Issue

For the Tarkan concert dated February 3, 2026, I purchased ticket number 635032529 through StubHub for use at Istanbul Volkswagen Arena, paying $714 USD. On the day of the concert, around 8:30 PM, when I attempted to enter the venue, the staff scanned the QR code and informed me that the ticket had already been used to enter at 7:50 PM and that I would not be allowed inside.

I then contacted the StubHub virtual assistant and requested either a replacement ticket or a refund, but no solution was provided. I was unable to attend the concert, and the $714 USD ticket charge remains deducted from my account. Although I responded in full detail to follow-up questions sent by email regarding the refund process, I was told that because the system shows the ticket as used, no positive resolution could be offered.

I request that this payment for a concert I was unable to attend be thoroughly investigated and that the full ticket price of $714 USD be refunded to me as soon as possible.
