I Didn’t Receive My StubHub Fenerbahçe Ticket Hours Before the Match Started

I purchased a ticket for the Fenerbahçe vs. Samsunspor match through StubHub 10 days before the event. The ticket (Order #555928507) was fully paid for, and I was told it would be delivered in time. However, as of 3 hours before the match, I still had not received it. On the morning of the event, I contacted StubHub live support. They assured me the ticket would arrive by 16:30 Turkey time—but that time came and went.

Now it’s 19:30, and I still haven’t received anything. This has caused me extreme stress and frustration. I planned my entire day and travel around attending this match. StubHub’s repeated false promises and lack of urgency are unacceptable. This platform does not feel trustworthy, especially when you're relying on them for time-sensitive event tickets.

I expect a full refund immediately and a proper explanation as to how this even happened. I also urge StubHub to review their ticket delivery system in Turkey—this is not how a reputable ticketing platform should operate.
