StubHub Customer Service Unreachable After Ticket Cancellation
On February 8, 2026, we purchased tickets through StubHub for the Fenerbahçe Beko – Galatasaray basketball game scheduled for 3:30 PM. We paid a total of $74 USD using a debit card. Before going to the game, my friend received an email stating that the tickets had been canceled, but no reason was provided for the cancellation.
Although our tickets were canceled, we were not given any explanation, and the amount we paid has not been refunded. In addition, we have not been able to reach StubHub customer service to ask about the issue or find a solution.
I request that the full $74 USD we paid be refunded to us without any deductions as soon as possible and that an explanation be provided regarding the hardship we experienced.
