Poor Customer Service and Oversized Shoes at Stradivarius
I recently bought a pair of Stradivarius shoes, but I could only wear them for a half-hour in the store because they were too big. Because there was no sizing information provided, I went with my usual size. I received no assistance when I attempted to exchange the shoes. Furthermore, my interaction with a Piazza store employee named Kubra Dinc was marked by extremely poor customer service. I am a frequent customer of this brand, especially for their coats, and I have spent a significant amount of money on their products. My experience with their customer service, on the other hand, has been disappointing, and I will not be recommending their products to anyone. Stradivarius should stand behind their products and prioritize customer satisfaction and support, in my opinion.
