Stradivarius Sizing Nightmare: No Exchanges, No Returns?

The sizes listed for Stradivarius products are completely inaccurate, which can cause customers to make poor decisions. On the other hand, they do not accept returns or exchanges, claiming that the items are sent back 'worn.' They refuse to admit that the problem is with themselves, despite the fact that a size 38 garment on them looks more like a size 40. Shouldn't a size 36 not have the same amount of room as a size 38? The patterns are all over the place, and the people responsible for reviews and exchanges give off the impression that they are not interested, which slows down the process. It's aggravating to have to deal with this never-ending line of people who don't care.
