Stradivarius Delays My Refund for Returned Boots and Ignores Customer Service Requests

For some time, I was a devoted client of Stradivarius, but lately my experience has caused me to regret every purchase. Nearly two months ago, I returned a pair of boots using all the correct procedures. I first got an email declaring my refund in process. Weeks passed without any indication of the money, hence I made repeated calls. Every answer assured me of a return; but, months later, I find nothing repaid and no useful update. Customer service has been quite unresponsive, which makes me not confident about the brand. Stradivarius has to give customer service and refunds some serious thought; I am definitely thinking twice about ever shopping from them once more.
