Stradivarius Customer Service & Defective Gift Fiasco

I recently purchased a pair of Stradivarius shoes as a gift for a friend. I decided to have the shoes shipped directly to her because I was out of town. To my chagrin, the product that arrived was flawed and in poor condition. I'm baffled as to how such a well-known brand could allow such a subpar item to be shipped. My friend's embarrassment at receiving such a shoddy gift is beyond words. To make matters worse, I placed the order as a guest and then forgot my password. Now that I've logged into my account, the return order is nowhere to be found. This shopping trip has been nothing short of a nightmare. Stradivarius, once synonymous with quality and style, has clearly lost its luster. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated.
