First, look at Stradivarius's official return policy under "Customer Service" on their website to see if they sent the wrong size. If you have proof of purchase and the thing is still brand new, you can usually return it within 30 days. If you go to their website and click on "Contact Us," you should see choices for email, WhatsApp, or phone help, depending on where you live.

If you don't hear back right away, you can start a return through their online portal by choosing the order, asking for a return, and then following their return directions. For proof, make sure you keep a copy of your shipping ticket and tracking number. If there's a Stradivarius store close, you might be able to exchange it there, which might be faster.

Finally, go to your Stradivarius account and check to see how the return is going. If there are more delays after the expected processing time, call customer service again and use the tracking number for your return as a guide.
