3 Months Of Use Skechers Shoes Became Rubbish

About 4 months ago I bought a pair of Skechers Oak Canyon Verketta outdoor shoes. After 3 months of use, the soles of the shoes started to bother me in terms of comfort and I had to stop wearing them. As a person who used Skechers shoes before, this situation surprised me and I sent the shoes to Olka Skechers Turkey company for inspection. After the inspection, they sent the product back to me with the explanation that they did not see any production problem. Although the statement did not contain any technical data, I was not satisfied. When I tried to raise my objection with the company's customer service department, I was told that they did not have such a procedure. This experience has completely shaken my confidence in the brand. I am writing this complaint to bring the situation to the attention of the authorities that represent the brand worldwide so that they do not experience a similar situation.
