Skechers Faulty Production And Non-acceptance

A month ago, I bought a pair of shoes. The right one has a hard material that curves inward around the ankle, where it should have a soft finish. I thought Skechers would be great for my long-distance travel because they are known for being comfortable. But the shoes gave me painful blisters on my ankle, and not just on the heel. They were on the top of my ankle. When they looked at it, they said there was nothing wrong. If the shoes were normal, the left shoe should have the same problem, but there is a big difference between the two. Skechers, this is really important. I will keep complaining about it until it is fixed! Your response and customer care are nonexistent. I didn't know you were just a name that people buy and then forget about. Even your "S" logo is defective.
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. Skechers Customer Communication Center
By copying and pasting, we have wasted your valuable time, sorry about that. What I'm explaining is not what you're writing.
What does the topic you reviewed have to do with the complaint I mentioned? Are you mocking your customers in those offices? I seriously doubt that you even have a product review unit anymore. I'm not complaining about the shoe breaking, deforming, or wearing out; your shoe is defective.
I would like to thank Mr. Muhammed, who addressed this unresolved and unrelated situation, took a close interest in the matter, and brought it to a resolution. I hope the number of people like you increases.
